About the role
A 1st shift Warehouse Associate position is available at Cooper Farms' Fort Recovery Feed & Animal Division in Coldwater.
Shift Hours
Monday through Friday, 6:00am-4:30pm
Starting Hourly Rate
$18.25-$21.80 with a potential increase after 90 days.
Additional Pay
- Monthly and year-end profit-sharing bonuses (dependent upon company performance)
Job Functions
- Unloading eggs and materials to be placed in designated areas such as dry storage, cooler or staging area, in a clean organized manner.
- Assisting with shipping/receiving shipments at other Cooper Farms locations when needed.
- Safely operating multiple types of forklifts when loading/unloading material/eggs.
- Must obtain certification to operate a Cooper Farms vehicle and be willing to travel to multiple warehouses.
- Responsible for scanning all incoming/outgoing materials, packaging and nest run eggs into the CAT² System.
- Responsible for wrapping, loading, and securing outbound products.
Requirements
- A high school diploma is strongly preferred.
- A valid driver's license and good driving record.
- At least 2 years of experience with Cooper Farms or a similar operation is preferred.
