Warehouse Associate - 1st Shift

About the role

Join a team dedicated to feeding communities as a Mezzanine Generalist. Responsible for maintaining warehouse automation systems, you will monitor performance, troubleshoot system faults, and resolve issues such as jammed pallets and equipment malfunctions. You will assist with cleaning debris and spills caused by system faults and perform other assigned duties. This role involves standing, bending, lifting (1–60 lbs or more), and working at varying heights, often in a temperature-controlled environment.

Responsibilities

• Utilize warehouse automation computer systems to monitor and detect faults
• Resolve system issues, remove jammed pallets, and re-palletize products
• Assist with cleaning debris and spills resulting from system faults
• Support team efforts to ensure safe and efficient warehouse operations

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong safety awareness and ability to follow safety procedures
• Team-oriented with a passion for helping others
• Willingness to handle material safely and efficiently

Physical requirements

• Standing, bending, and lifting 1–60 lbs or more
• Working at varying heights
• Temperature-controlled environment
