Warehouse Associate - 1st Shift

Position Overview

Our organization is dedicated to feeding communities, with employees working in distribution centers and offices to support local families and neighbors. As a Mezzanine Generalist, your primary responsibility is to recover and resolve system faults to ensure warehouse automation equipment functions optimally.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize warehouse automation computer systems to monitor performance and detect faults
• Resolve faults by removing jammed pallets, re-palletizing problem cases, and assisting with debris and spill cleanup
• Support safety procedures and follow material handling equipment protocols

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong safety awareness and ability to follow safety procedures
• Team-oriented with a passion for helping others
• Willingness to handle physical tasks such as lifting (1-60 lbs.), standing, bending, and working on multiple levels
• High School Diploma or equivalent, with initiative, productivity, safety, and values aligned with the role
