Warehouse Associate (1st Shift)

Brame Specialty Company is looking for a dependable, hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play an important part in ensuring products are received, organized, and shipped accurately, so our customers receive the high level of service they expect from Brame.

What You’ll Do as a Warehouse Associate

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming products accurately
• Pick, pack, and ship orders efficiently to meet customer expectations
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely
• Absorb inventory control, including labeling, stocking, and cycle counts
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
• Work as part of a team to meet daily goals and deadlines
• Perform other related duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For

• Previous warehouse, distribution, or shipping/receiving experience is required; candidates should be comfortable working in a hands-on warehouse environment from day one
• Forklift or material handling experience is required
• Working knowledge of warehouse processes such as order picking, packing, stocking, inventory control, and safe equipment use
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety
• Dependable, team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment
• Steel-toe or composite-toe footwear required
