Responsibilities

• Verifies transportation, receipt, storage, and shipment information to support accurate movement of products and fleet-related assets.
• Updates warehouse and logistics systems with transaction details, status changes, and operational records to preserve data integrity.
• Tracks fleet activity, shipment progress, and inventory movement to support schedule adherence and timely issue identification.
• Prepares dispatch, shipping, receipt, and related documentation to enable accurate transaction processing.
• Reviews routine exceptions involving deliveries, returns, inventory discrepancies, or vehicle availability and routes unresolved issues.
• Confirms handling, storage, and movement requirements.
• Maintains a clean work area to help ensure that merchandise remains clean and to help prevent work-related injuries.
• Uses good judgment to carry out detailed instructions.
• Works overtime when necessary and participates in physical inventory.
• Trains and assists associates as needed.
• May operate power equipment at high levels (20’-40’) such as reach trucks, picker machines, or forklifts, complying with all safety standards and OSHA requirements.
• May require hazmat training certification.
• Maintains appropriate attendance standards.

Requirements

• Completion of a high school diploma, general education degree (GED), or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• One (1) plus years of work experience.
• Ability to read and understand the English language to compare and read product descriptions, names, and shelf labels.
• Basic mathematical skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills; ability to develop and maintain cooperative working relationships.
• Strong organizational skills; detail-oriented.
• Good overall understanding of distribution center workflow and ability to work with minimal guidance.
• Basic computer knowledge preferred.
• Must be a team player and demonstrate effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Pay

Pay starting at $17.40 with potential for up to $19.92 based on shift differentials, performance incentives, and referral bonuses.

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM–finish.
