About the role

As a Warehouse Associate II, you will be responsible for a variety of material handling duties within the warehouse, including receiving, loading/unloading material, pulling/assembling customer orders, and performing inventory checks.

Responsibilities

• Pulling and assembling customer orders
• Checking outbound orders for accuracy and completeness
• Maintaining inventory stock levels
• Restocking and labeling vendor products
• Maintaining displays (such as tools, caulk)
• Moving, storing, and replenishing materials
• Conducting daily cycle counts
• Performing receiving duties such as receiving and unloading inbound material, processing inbound shipments, stocking material, processing customer returns, and notifying management of damaged shipments for freight claims
• Operating forklift equipment
• Maintaining a clean and organized facility by sweeping, removing trash, performing restroom and general office maintenance, etc.
• Waiting on customers and preparing sales slips
• Maintaining a safe working environment by following safety rules and reporting accidents, unsafe conditions, and acts to management
• Performing other related duties as required

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Certified Forklift Operator
• 3+ years of previous warehouse experience preferred

Skills

• Ability to lift up to 15-30 lbs and occasionally up to 70 lbs

Pay

The expected base pay rate for the role will be between $14.87 and $18.60 per hour at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the compensation package, which may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other company-sponsored benefit programs.
