Responsibilities

• Perform various material handling duties, including pulling and assembling customer orders, checking outbound orders for accuracy, and conducting inventory stock checks.
• Restock and label vendor products, maintain displays (tools, caulk, etc.), and move, store, and replenish materials.
• Conduct daily cycle counts and perform receiving duties such as unloading inbound material, processing shipments, stocking material, and handling customer returns.
• Notify management of damaged shipments for freight claims.
• Operate forklift equipment daily.
• Maintain a clean and organized facility by sweeping, removing trash, and performing restroom and general office maintenance.
• Assist customers and prepare sales slips as needed.
• Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to all safety rules and reporting accidents, unsafe conditions, or acts to management.
• Perform other related duties as required.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent experience.
• Certified Forklift Operator.
• 3+ years of previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Basic math skills, organization skills, and customer service skills.
• Fluency in English, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious.
