Warehouse Assistant Manager - LAX HUB

Assist the Warehouse Manager in overseeing daily warehouse operations, including sorting, loading, unloading, and inventory handling, while ensuring compliance with company policies and operational standardsSupport the implementation and enforcement of quality assurance procedures to maintain operational accuracy and efficiencyMonitor daily operational performance, identify areas for improvement, and assist in implementing corrective actionsSupervise warehouse activities to ensure smooth workflows, consistent productivity, and timely completion of tasksAssist in conducting daily operational meetings, tracking KPIs, and reviewing team performanceSupport employee recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, and daily workforce managementProvide training, coaching, and guidance to warehouse staff to improve productivity, safety, and service qualityAssist in coordinating regional fleet operations, task assignments, resource allocation, and cost controlIdentify opportunities to optimize warehouse processes, package handling procedures, and overall operational efficiencyCollaborate with internal departments, delivery partners, and external vendors to ensure seamless daily operationsHandle daily operational issues, resolve escalations, and support emergency response proceduresSupport the Warehouse Manager in achieving operational targets and maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse environment Requirements Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in sorting warehouse operations, preferably in the logistics, express delivery, or last-mile delivery industryFluency in both English and Mandarin Chinese is required, with strong verbal and written communication skillsPrevious experience in warehouse team supervision, shift coordination, or operational management is preferredStrong understanding of warehouse sorting processes, package handling, loading and unloading procedures, and daily operational workflowsAbility to monitor operational KPIs, analyze performance data, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracyStrong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, based on operational needsAbility to work effectively under pressure and respond promptly to unexpected operational challenges Benefits 7 PTO days5 Paid Sick Leave Days6 Paid Holidays401K Medical insurance, Dental and Vision Insurance, STD/LTD
