About the role
The Warehouse Assistant supports Solar Gaines' warehouse operations by maintaining daily inventory logs, inspecting and packing inventory, receiving shipments, creating reports, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Responsibilities
- Inspect inventory for defects and damage
- Pack and load inventory for site delivery
- Receive shipments to the warehouse
- Create inventory reports
- Ensure regulatory compliance requirements are met
Requirements
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail with a strong sense of integrity and professionalism
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Willingness to work as a team player
- Physical stamina and strength to tolerate heavy lifting and standing for extended periods of time
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a warehouse or similar setting preferred
