Warehouse Assistant

Job Responsibilities

• Research and maintain an accurate inventory count in storage locations
• Account for supplies and tools needed for DC operations
• Track employee errors and report to management
• Research and report NILs and MBLs to inventory for corrections
• Update warehouse damage report with any new findings
• Auxiliary with inbound Fedex, UPS, Amazon shipments. Tagging and receiving when they are inventoried items
• Auxiliary and report any machines that need repair
• Run and work various reports that affect efficient flow throughout DC
• Loading and unloading trucks (when needed)

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Certified on all warehouse machines
• Communication skills
• Ability to complete tasks to meet daily deadlines
