Warehouse Asset Protection Specialist - Weekend Shift

About the role

You play a critical role in keeping our distribution center safe, secure, and running efficiently. You’ll help protect people, product, and property while supporting the accurate flow of goods in and out of the facility. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role that combines security, operations, and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Protect People & Assets
  • Maintain key control and enforce security procedures
  • Observe and report suspicious activity or safety concerns
• Support Yard & Shipment Operations
  • Track and log all incoming and outgoing trailers
  • Control and monitor the flow of vehicles in the yard
  • Verify trailer locations and seal integrity through routine audits
  • Audit and identify risks
• Data & Reporting
  • Accurately enter and maintain logs and records in company systems
  • Communicate issues, discrepancies, and trends to leadership
  • Use tools and reports to support investigations and operational improvements
• Team & Partnership
  • Work closely with operations, safety, and leadership teams
  • Maintain a professional, calm, and respectful presence at all times

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment (indoor and outdoor conditions)
• Basic computer skills and ability to enter data accurately
• Ability to stand, walk, and/or lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods

Qualifications

• Warehouse, distribution center, or logistics environment experience preferred
• Asset protection, loss prevention, or security experience preferred
• Experience with data entry, inventory systems, or operational tools preferred
• Customer service or roles requiring professional interaction preferred
