Warehouse Area Manager I

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations in receiving, shipping, storage, and logistics to ensure efficiency and safety compliance.
• Lead, coach, and develop associates, leads, and supervisors to maximize productivity.
• Coordinate with senior management to achieve company directives and improve warehouse processes.
• Ensure adherence to safety, GMP, SQF policies, and hygiene standards.
• Manage customer service, investigate issues, and resolve complaints.
• Conduct internal audits, manage nonconformities, and oversee documentation controls.
• Implement training programs, participate in continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure supply chain adequacy.
• Support management with operational tasks, provide tools and training to employees, and foster a positive culture aligned with company values.

Qualifications & Skills

• Associate's degree or relevant management experience.
• Minimum of 5 years in warehouse management with proven leadership and customer satisfaction skills.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and technical skills, including computer literacy.
