Position Overview

The Warehouse Associate plays a key role in keeping daily operations running smoothly by organizing inventory, preparing materials for upcoming jobs, assisting with shipping and receiving, and supporting field teams with equipment and supply needs. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Pull and stage materials for scheduled jobs
• Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory
• Load and unload equipment, tools, and materials
• Verify shipments against purchase orders and packing slips
• Maintain accurate inventory records and tool tracking
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and returns processing
• Organize and maintain warehouse, yard, and storage areas
• Prepare materials and equipment for installers each day
• Help maintain proper stock levels and communicate overstock items
• Transport parts and equipment between vendors and the warehouse
• Support installation teams with loading and unloading as needed
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards
• Aid with additional warehouse duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or inventory experience preferred
• Experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or similar trades is a plus
• Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
• Able to safely lift and move heavy materials (up to 100 lbs)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Able to communicate clearly and professionally
• Familiarity with inventory management systems or warehouse software preferred
