What’s a typical day as a Warehouse Analyst? You’ll be: Evaluating existing business processes and recommending improvement opportunities.Leading the definition, development, and implementation of process improvement projects and initiatives of moderate complexity.Documenting current and future state processes, and supporting change management activities.Executing communication plans and stakeholder engagement to foster effective working relationships.Supporting risk and issue identification, mitigation, and feasibility studies.Collecting, summarizing, and reporting data from various sources.Assigning short-term work schedules to team members to meet project timelines.Generating new ideas for continuous improvement in warehouse operations.Preparing complex documents and special reports using standard office software.Participating in ongoing professional development to maintain industry knowledge and best practices. This Job Might Be An Outstanding Fit If You Hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.Have 1–3 years of experience working independently as a practitioner.Have basic experience coordinating the work of others (4–6 months).Possess strong skills in data collection/analysis, verbal communication, adaptive mindset, business case contribution, gap analysis, and project risk/issue management.Are proficient with computer skills and standard office applications.Are experienced in business requirements analysis, process documentation, and stakeholder management.Can work onsite and meet safety requirements (metatarsal safety boots required).Are eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
