About the role

Trane Technologies – Thermo King in Bloomington, MN is seeking a dependable full-time Warehouse Associate on our 2nd shift to pick, pack, and palletize orders. This role is safety-sensitive and requires passing a background check, drug screen, and physical screening as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

As a Warehouse Associate, you will rotate through three different positions:

• As a picker, you will accurately select parts for customer orders using our automated inventory system.
• As a packer, you will review each order, package all contents, and seal the box.
• As a palletizer, you will accurately stack customer orders on pallets based on their delivery location and shrink wrap completed pallets.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• At least 18 years of age
• Ability to lift and move up to 40 lbs

It would be great if you also have:

• Previous distribution center or warehouse experience
• Strong attention to detail and demonstrated accuracy in picking, packing, and palletizing customer orders
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable attendance and cooperative, respectful work style
• Willingness to go above and beyond job-specific tasks to ensure the success of the warehouse operation

Schedule

This is a full-time position with a schedule of Monday through Friday, 3:30 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. If overtime exists, the shift will end at 1:00 a.m. and may include some mandatory Saturdays as needed.

Pay

We offer a competitive wage of $23.80/hour, plus an additional $1.00/hour shift differential.
