About the role

The Warehouse Operator supports the West Springfield plant through performing critical operations that ensure efficient production flow and manage incoming and outgoing product and materials. This position is primarily 1st shift but requires floating coverage on 2nd shift based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Support efficient production flow and manage product and materials
• Perform critical operations related to warehouse management
• Support both incoming and outgoing product and materials
• Intermediate to expert Forklift Experience is required
• Focus on recordkeeping, GMPs, food safety, and state/federal regulations
• Work overtime, weekends, holidays, other shifts, etc., based on business needs

Requirements

• Current or previous forklift license/certification/experience at an intermediate level
• Experience in the food industry is a plus
• Schedule flexibility to work overtime, weekends, holidays, other shifts, etc.

• Recordkeeping skills
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)

Pay

Pay Range: $27.02/hr. - $29.08/hr. plus shift differential.

Schedule

Primarily 1st shift with floating coverage on 2nd shift based on business needs.
