About the role
Pali Momi Medical Center is a 118-bed facility with over 400 physicians on its medical staff. It offers a wide range of services, including an interventional cardiac catheterization unit, a minimally invasive surgical suite, a women’s center, CT scan and MRI services, and a retina center. The hospital is known for its innovative approaches, such as a team triage approach in the emergency room and a dedicated telemetry unit.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate activities at the nursing station
- Perform non-nursing and clerical functions on an intra and inter-departmental level
- Oversee the central monitor for assigned patients
Requirements
- High school or equivalent education
- Completion of a medical terminology course
- Completion of a basic ECG course
- Current American Heart Association Heart Saver – AED CPR card
Qualifications
- Six (6) months clerical experience in a healthcare setting preferred
