About the role
We are currently hiring for the following positions:
- Registered Nurses (RN)
- Volunteer Coordinator
Responsibilities
As a Hospice RN, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing comprehensive nursing care to patients and their families
- Assisting with pain management and symptom control
- Maintaining accurate medical records and documentation
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
Our Volunteer Coordinator will:
- Recruit, train, and supervise volunteers
- Coordinate volunteer activities and events
- Ensure volunteers receive necessary training and support
Requirements
To be considered for these roles, you must:
- Be licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment
- Have a commitment to providing patient-focused care and building strong relationships with patients, families, and referral sources
Qualifications
Preferred qualifications include:
- Experience in hospice care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
