Heartland Hospice invites you to our Open House to learn more about our current hospice openings and explore career opportunities in compassionate, patient-centered care. About the role

We are currently hiring for the following positions:

• Registered Nurses (RN)
• Volunteer Coordinator

Responsibilities

As a Hospice RN, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing comprehensive nursing care to patients and their families
• Assisting with pain management and symptom control
• Maintaining accurate medical records and documentation
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans

Our Volunteer Coordinator will:

• Recruit, train, and supervise volunteers
• Coordinate volunteer activities and events
• Ensure volunteers receive necessary training and support

Requirements

To be considered for these roles, you must:

• Be licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment
• Have a commitment to providing patient-focused care and building strong relationships with patients, families, and referral sources

Qualifications

Preferred qualifications include:

• Experience in hospice care
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
