Responsibilities
- Set and clear tables, take dining orders, and provide customer service.
- Review menus with residents and introduce new residents to dining at Atria.
- Aid in the preparation, delivery, and cleanup of meals, banquets, and special events.
- Create a collaborative team atmosphere with colleagues and maintain positive resident relationships.
- Clean and sanitize dining room surfaces, including carpets, tables, chairs, condiment containers, and kitchen equipment.
Requirements
- Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
- Effective verbal and written English skills.
- General knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling practices.
- No prior experience necessary.
Qualifications
On-the-job training is provided, and employees are paid while training.
Skills
Customer service skills, attention to detail, and ability to follow instructions.
