Job Summary

GRO-FS, Inc. dba Golden Corrlar is seeking Waitstaff to join our team. The main responsibility of the Server is to make pleasurable dining affordable for our guests. This requires a positive attitude, ongoing professionalism, and a focus on hospitality. The Waitstaff must ensure guest satisfaction and promote return visits by following the Eight Steps of Service and practicing positive public relations. They must be aware of guests' needs and work to make their experience pleasurable. The Waitstaff must also be familiar with product specifications, perform opening and closing procedures, and follow safe work practices to ensure personal safety and the safety of others.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure guest satisfaction and promote return visits by following the Eight Steps of Service
• PRACTICE POSITIVE PUBLIC RELATIONS BY ensuring our restaurant is welcoming and inclusive for all guests
• BE AWARE OF GUESTS' NEEDS AND WORK TO MAKE THEIR EXPERIENCE PLEASURABLE
• Show ENTHUSIASM and KNOWLEDGE about new products and special promotions
• PROMOTE TEAMWORK by assisting other Servers to ensure outstanding guest service
• THOROUGHLY UNDERSTAND PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS and ensure guests' receipts match the number of guests dining in their party
• PERFORM OPENING AND CLOSING PROCEDURES and side work duties
• BRAING EQUIPMENT and facility problems to the attention of the Manager
• BE FAMILIAR WITH THE CORRECT TABLE BUSING PROCEDURES
• FOLLOW SAFE WORK PRACTICES to ensure personal safety and the safety of other Co-workers and guests
• PERFORM DUTY ROSTER and meet cleanliness, service, and quality standards
• FOLLOW LOCAL HEALTH DEPARTMENT LAWS
