Waithelp

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality service to members and guests of the Banker's Club by providing attentive, accurate and professional dining support.
• Order service
• Maintain clean and organized work areas
• Support both front and back-of-house operations to ensure a seamless dining experience

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent required
• 2 years of experience in a waithelp, server assistant or similar support role required
• 3+ years of experience in waithelp, server assistant or similar support role, within a high-end dining, hotel, or executive dining environment preferred
• Post-secondary coursework or certification(s) in hospitality, food service, culinary arts, or hotel/restaurant management preferred
• Demonstrated ability to deliver professional, attentive guest service and build positive guest relationships
• Strong verbal communication skills; able to interact clearly and professionally with guests and team members
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to service standards and operational needs
• Strong teamwork skills with a collaborative approach to supporting both front and back-of-house operations
• Reliable and punctual with strong time management and attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize work, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Ability to handle sensitive or confidential information with appropriate discretion
• Physical ability to stand and walk for extended period and to lift/carry trays, equipment and supplies up to 50 pounds
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Pay

The pay range for this role is $17.00 - $22.50/hr; commensurate with experience.

Schedule

Monday - Friday 6:30AM - 3:00PM; (hours may vary)
