Responsibilities

• Efficiently deliver food orders to residents while maintaining high-quality service standards
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring residents' needs are met with every interaction
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely order preparation
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of delivery equipment and designated areas

Qualifications

• Fluent in English with strong verbal communication skills
• Previous experience in customer service and food handling is highly desirable
• Ability to work independently while also being a team player
• Strong written communication skills for order documentation
• Must be able to perform job duties safely, with or without reasonable accommodation
