Wait Staff

Responsibilities

• Evaluates the quality of service and develops systems to maximize efficiency.
• Takes beverage and food orders, delivers food, clears, cleans, sanitizes, and resets tables.
• Maintains customer satisfaction by making every effort to resolve dining challenges before the meal service concludes.
• Maintains a clean dining room by ensuring all equipment, walls, table tops and bases, and chairs are clean.
• Changes linens as needed and keeps table top condiments and salt and pepper shakers clean.
• Washes and sanitizes dishware as required.
• Maintains a safe work environment by ensuring all actions comply with Safety Committee Standards and managing unsafe actions.
• Fosters teamwork with co-workers, showing initiative in overcoming obstacles, taking actions that assist others beyond job responsibilities, and having a positive impact on co-workers, residents, and visitors.
• Performs other duties as assigned or needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a similar role preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
