Wage and Hour Class Action Associate
We have an opportunity for a Wage and Hour Class Action attorney to join the firm’s expanding practice in any of our California offices. Candidates must reside in the vicinity of an Ogletree, California office location. We will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with the Los Angeles Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring.
Responsibilities
- Draft motions and pleadings
- Attend court conferences
- Handle discovery-related activities and investigations
- Draft position statements and dispositive motions
- Prepare employee handbooks and policies
- Perform legal research
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree
- Active license to practice law in California and in good standing
- 4+ years of Wage and Hour Class Action experience in California
- Excellent analytical and writing skills

Pay
The expected salary range for this California position is $210,000 to $275,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
