We are seeking a motivated and results‑driven Roofing Sales Representative to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who thrive in a fast‑paced environment, enjoy working outdoors, and are passionate about helping homeowners protect and improve their properties.

Responsibilities

• Perform door‑to‑door and outside sales activities
• Climb ladders, walk roofs, and lift up to 50 lbs as needed
• Set and hit sales goals
• Communicate effectively with homeowners to assess roofing needs

Requirements

• Must currently reside within approximately 30 miles of Springfield, MO
• Valid driver’s license required
• 1+ years of sales, customer service, or related experience preferred
• Able to climb ladders, walk roofs, and lift up to 50 lbs
