Required Skills And Qualifications Must reside in the state of Illinois.Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or a post-doc in psychology.Hold an active Illinois provisional license (LSW or LPC), or be a postdoctoral fellow in psychology working toward licensure.Experience conducting individual clinical sessions (1:1) during your training program.Basic knowledge, awareness, and application of theoretical frameworks and clinical practices.Openness to learning and growing as a therapist, particularly in anti-oppressive, culturally responsive, and decolonized therapy practices. What The Role Looks Like Conduct 80 client sessions per month (or 240 per quarter).Complete clinical notes promptly and thoughtfully.Engage fully in weekly, triadic, and monthly group supervision.Attend monthly team meetings to collaborate and connect with colleagues.
