W2 contract || Active Directory Engineer

About the role

Location: Tempe, AZ (Onsite from day one). Duration: 6+ months. Type of hire: W2 contract.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory concepts and configuration (security groups, inherited groups, OU structure, etc.).
• Knowledge of Windows Registry, including modifying system registry to support installed applications and documenting configuration changes.
• Good knowledge of Windows including Active Directory.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent skills on Windows designing & planning.
• Hands‑on experience on migration and consolidation projects.
• Experience on merger and de‑merger of Active Directory environments.
• Expertise with migration tools (e.g., ADMT, Quest).
• Good experience on security translation.
• Good understanding of reporting tools.
• Experience in user training and documentation.
• Worked with more than one patching and antivirus tool.
• Good communication skills, interpersonal, willingness to excel and performance‑oriented.
