We need to output HTML fragment with sections: Pay, Schedule, maybe Benefits, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Skills? The instruction: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Only include sections when posting has real specific content. Do not repeat job title as heading. Do not put Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate. Preserve all substantive info. We need to extract: Pay: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour Schedule: 2nd Shift-Monday-Friday 4pm-12:30am Job Description: includes many paragraphs. We need to separate sections: maybe "About the role" (intro), "Responsibilities" (Essential Duties And Responsibilities + Additional Responsibilities), "Qualifications" (Qualifications, Education And/or Experience Required, Experience), "Skills" (maybe list of skills like computer, communication, etc.), "Benefits" (list). Also "Schedule" and "Pay" sections. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual content. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. We'll produce something like:

Pay

$22.00 - $23.00 per hour

Schedule

2nd Shift, Monday‑Friday, 4:00 pm – 12:30 am

About the role

RJW Logistics Group is hiring... (the intro paragraph up to "Join us in taking this exciting step forward and become a valued co-owner of RJW.") Actually we need to preserve all substantive info. The intro includes mission statement, employee ownership program details. We'll keep that as About the role. Then Responsibilities: combine Essential Duties And Responsibilities and Additional Responsibilities into a list

  • ... each bullet. Qualifications: include "3-6 months of Walkie Rider and Reach experience in a warehouse. Good stable work record. Education And/or Experience Required: High School Diploma or GED. Warehousing certifications a plus. Experience: Reach Truck: 1 year (Preferred) Walkie Rider: 1 year (Preferred)". Could be list. Skills: maybe list of skills: "General understanding of computers and handheld RF equipment. Ability to read, write, and understand English. Attention to detail and quality. Good communication, clear and concise, problem resolution, and people skills. Flexibility in working overtime when needed, and supplying coverage to other shifts. PC skills helpful. Major experience on Walkie Rider and Reach. Experience in building pallets with stock and breaking down stock to fill independent orders. Experience in cross docking freight process. Ability to work in a fast paced warehouse." Could be list. Benefits: list: "401(k) matching, Medical/Dental/Vision insurance, Employee discount, Flexible spending account, Health savings account, Paid time off, Sick Days, Long-term Disability Insurance, Short-term Disability Insurance, Accidental Insurance, Critical Illness Insurance, Dental insurance, Employee assistance program, Employee discount, Health insurance, Life insurance, Paid time off, Vision insurance". There's duplication; we can combine unique items. But we must preserve all substantive info; we can list each unique benefit. Duplicates can be omitted? The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." Duplicates are still substantive but repeating them may be okay but we could keep them; but better to keep unique to avoid redundancy but not lose info. However duplicates convey same info; removing duplicate doesn't lose info. It's okay. We'll produce
    • for each. We must not include application instructions, cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. The posting includes "This is not the JD in it's entirety." and "Job Type: Full-time". We can include Job Type maybe as part of About the role? Not needed. Could add a short paragraph: "Job Type: Full-time". But not required as heading. We'll include in About the role maybe. We must not include "Work Location: In person". Could add as a short paragraph. Let's craft. We'll output:

      Pay

      $22.00 - $23.00 per hour

      Schedule

      2nd Shift, Monday‑Friday, 4:00 pm – 12:30 am

Now Qualifications: - 3-6 months of Walkie Rider and Reach experience in a warehouse. - Good stable work record. - Education And/or Experience Required: High School Diploma or general education diploma (GED). - Warehousing certifications a plus. - Experience: Reach Truck: 1 year (Preferred) - Experience: Walkie Rider: 1 year (Preferred) Skills: we can list the skill items from Additional Responsibilities and elsewhere: sense of urgency, accountability, limited supervision, reading/writing English, attention to detail, communication, problem resolution, people skills, flexibility overtime, coverage other shifts, PC skills, major experience on Walkie Rider and Reach, experience building pallets, breaking down stock, cross docking, fast paced warehouse.
