Attendance Incentive - Up to $2400 bonus for good attendance.
Referral Bonus - Up to $500 per referral.

Step Increase Program
Pay increases by $.50 after 90 days and again after 180 days.
Certified/Qualified Forklift/Walkie Rider/Cherry Picker drivers receive an additional $0.50/hr.
Certified/Qualified Reach Truck drivers receive an additional $1.00/hr.

Job Purpose
Maintain warehouse area with orderly stacking and good housekeeping; ensure all shipments are correctly staged, checked, and loaded properly; perform duties to provide material handling services for warehouse shipping and receiving handling activities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Properly receive, unload, move, and tag incoming parts and equipment.
Experience with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) Knowledge of QMS (Quality Management Systems) and Lean Warehousing.
Experience operating material handling equipment and using an RF scanner.
Pull and stage parts for production and complete requisitions for parts shortages.
Collect and properly package inventory and purchased items needing shipment.
Ensure that Material Handlers are operating forklift and walkies safety at all times following all safety policies and procedures.
Additional Responsibilities
Possess a sense of urgency, accountability, and be able to work with limited supervision.
General understanding of computers and handheld RF equipment.
Ability to work as part of a team and lead.
Ability to read, write, and understand English.
Absolutely necessary attention to detail and quality.
Good communication, clear and concise, problem resolution, and people skills.
Flexibility in working overtime when needed, and supplying coverage to other shifts.
PC skills helpful.
Major experience on sit down forklifts and walkies.
Experienced in cross docking freight process.
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse.
Qualifications
2-4 years in a warehouse environment.
Good stable work and attendance record.
High School Diploma or general education diploma (GED).
Warehousing certifications a plus.
Language Skills
Set ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Ability to determine "root cause" of problem and determine corrective action.
Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual must have knowledge of Business Operating Systems, Internet software, Word Processing, and Spreadsheet software.
Physical Demands
Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 60 pounds.
Must be able to be on feet for full shift (8 hours).
Must be able to work in excess of continuous 8 hours when required.
Must be in sound physical health as determined by a certified licensed physician with no evidence of the use of controlled substances.
Work Environment
While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts, and fumes or airborne particles.
The noise level in the work environment will range from quiet to moderately loud.
