About the role
The Vulnerability & Cloud Security Program Manager will lead the development and implementation of security programs focused on vulnerability management and cloud security. This role requires a deep understanding of security best practices, experience in managing security programs, and the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive vulnerability management strategies and processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall security objectives
- Lead the assessment and remediation of vulnerabilities in cloud environments
- Ensure compliance with relevant security standards and regulations
- Manage relationships with third-party security vendors and service providers
- Conduct regular security audits and assessments to identify and mitigate risks
- Stay updated with the latest security trends and technologies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a cloud security context
- Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing security programs
- Experience with vulnerability management tools and techniques
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Qualifications
- CISSP certification preferred
- Experience with cloud security platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as GDPR, HIPAA, and PCI-DSS
Skills
- Strong knowledge of security principles and practices
- Experience with cloud security tools and technologies
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Pay
Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually
