Vulnerability Analyst | $90/hr Remote

Role Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive penetration tests and simulated attacks on networks, applications, and systems to uncover vulnerabilities.
• Perform thorough vulnerability assessments, analyze findings, and prioritize risks based on impact and exploitability.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to define testing scopes and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Document detailed findings and communicate technical reports to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Develop actionable remediation strategies and provide expert guidance to teams for implementation.
• Stay at the forefront of emerging threats, attack vectors, and security best practices.

Requirements

• Demonstrated expertise in ethical hacking, penetration testing, and vulnerability assessment methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of security frameworks, protocols, and industry-standard tools such as Metasploit, Burp Suite, and Nmap.
• Prominent ability to deliver clear, concise, and actionable written and verbal communication.
• Solid understanding of network, application, and cloud security concepts.
• Experience conducting social engineering and physical security assessments is preferred.
• Relevant certifications such as OSCP, CEH, or GPEN are highly desirable.
