Vrijwillig Coördinator Maatjesproject

Who are you?

You have good organizational skills and can work both independently and as part of a team; You are sociable and communicative, with a strong empathy; You can motivate and guide volunteers; You have experience and/or affinity with diverse target groups, think of neurodiverse people, people with mental vulnerability, and people with a small social network; You are available for approximately 8-12 hours per week; You are digitally savvy.

What do you do?

• Conduct intake meetings and assessments with participants and volunteers who sign up;
• Matching of a volunteer with a participant when you believe this is a good fit;
• Supporting and guiding volunteers and participants during the matching process;
• Reporting and discussing any issues that arise during the matching;
• Creating and maintaining dossiers and notes in our digital system HRS;
• Consulting and coordinating with care and neighborhood teams;
• Organizing meetings for volunteers;
• Working with your colleague to renew and improve the buddy project.
