VP, Treasury Management Product Manager

About the role

The VP, Treasury Management (TM) Product Manager at Axos Bank is responsible for managing and leading the bank's assigned Treasury Management products through the entire lifecycle. This role involves driving product strategy, overseeing day-to-day operations, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage FX product capabilities activities
• Establish required processes, assess risks, and develop policies, procedures, and controls to mitigate risks
• Implement and manage the FX Ops and processes
• Lead day-to-day FX operations activities to meet established goals and regulatory requirements
• Maintain productivity and implement process improvements to ensure service quality and efficiency
• Develop and implement Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for operational efficiency
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and internal Bank policies
• Respond to internal and external audit requests and implement remediation actions
• Participate in and assist in new FX department initiatives involving technology, new products, and service improvements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or economics
• Preferred CTP certification
• Minimum of 5 years’ exposure to FX Operations and all FX-related products
• Advanced knowledge of foreign exchange products and transactions and deposit account regulatory and compliance requirements
• Strong FX Operations knowledge
• Strong analytical and process improvement capabilities with a focus on efficiency gains and cost savings
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent decision-making, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to build effective relationships internally with multiple business units
