Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a Total Rewards strategy that aligns with business goals and culture
- Create a roadmap for evolving compensation and benefits that supports growth and international reach
- Advise executive leadership on compensation and rewards using market insights and workforce trends
- Lead the administration and governance of compensation programs, including base pay and equity initiatives
- Collaborate with Finance on compensation and workforce planning as well as incentive design
- Develop systems and analytics frameworks for effective compensation management
- Affirm compliance with compensation regulations across operational regions
- Assist in preparing compensation recommendations for executive leadership and the Compensation Committee
Qualifications
- 10+ years of leadership experience in Total Rewards or related functions, especially in high-growth environments
- Proven expertise in compensation structures, equity programs, and incentive design
- Experience managing Total Rewards for a globally distributed workforce with diverse regulations
- Success in building scalable compensation infrastructure and operational processes
- Experience advising executive leadership and Boards on compensation strategies
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to influencing business decisions
- Ability to navigate organizational challenges and foster stakeholder partnerships
- Commitment to integrating AI tools into daily tasks while maintaining quality standards
Pay
$200,000 – $300,000 annually
