VP, Territory Sales

Remote (US‑based candidates only; no visa sponsorship available). The VP, Territory Sales will lead a high‑impact territory sales organization, accountable for revenue performance, forecasting, and quota attainment across multiple sales director teams. The role focuses on strengthening sales execution, improving productivity, and guiding the organization through a transition to a consultative, value‑based selling approach while partnering with sales leadership to establish operating rigor and support broader change.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue forecasting and quota attainment across six sales director teams.
• Establish a regular operational cadence for territory reviews and account planning.
• Balance growth investment and sales productivity with profitability.
• Shift the sales approach from transactional to value‑based consultation.
• Encourage a comprehensive solution‑sales strategy, emphasizing all product types.
• Drive the MEDDPICC discovery framework across the sales organization.
• Develop and coach frontline sales directors with clear performance standards.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years leading B2B field sales with full revenue ownership.
• Proven ability to manage teams of sales directors and their teams.
• Experience navigating organizational changes and transformations.
• Track record of transitioning to value‑based, consultative selling.
• Strong operating discipline in CRM and pipeline management.
• Effectiveness in leading change under integration conditions.
• Proven ability to establish a strong accountability culture.

Compensation

$340,000 – $420,000 annually.
