VP/SVP, Head of Business Operations

Responsibilities

• Develop the company’s core business intelligence function, including reporting and KPI frameworks
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, and Product to establish unified metrics
• Proactively identify trends and opportunities to inform leadership decisions
• Lead the roadmap for AI tool adoption across operations
• Identify high-value AI use cases and build business cases for implementation
• Establish procurement processes, including vendor management and cost control
• Conduct market analysis for new products, including competitive assessments
• Drive organizational efficiency through headcount planning and process re-engineering

Qualifications

• 12-15+ years of experience in business operations or strategy roles
• 5-8+ years of experience specifically within FinTech
• Proven ability to build teams and processes from the ground up
• Strong analytical capabilities with a comfort in ambiguity
• Experience driving AI and technology adoption at scale
• Proven skills in vendor negotiation and procurement
• Excellent communication skills with C-suites and boards
• Must be based in the U.S. and able to travel to team hubs

Pay

$150,000 – $200,000 annually

Schedule

Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
