About the role

The Vice President, Supply Chain is responsible for leading the end-to-end supply chain for a $2 billion global Doors business, ensuring safe, reliable, cost‑effective flow of materials, information, and finished goods from suppliers through manufacturing and distribution to customers. As a key member of the business leadership team, this executive sets supply chain strategy and drives competitive advantage for the Doors highly customized business through service excellence, productivity, working capital improvement, digital enablement, risk management, and profitable growth. The role partners closely with Commercial, Operations, Finance, Product Management, Manufacturing, Sourcing, and IT leaders to deliver business results. This role will report directly to the Doors Vice President Operations, will have a
