We offer personalized, proactive primary care services, supported by a network of over 4,000 specialists and 150+ employees across 7 offices in California, Connecticut, Florida, and New York. Our goal is to expand exceptional care to a broader audience.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned operations leader to oversee a newly formed Site Operations function. Reporting to the CEO, you will manage 9 direct reports and lead a team of approximately half the company's workforce. Your responsibilities include ensuring consistent clinical workflows, driving process improvements, and fostering a high-performing team culture.

What You’ll Do

  • Ensure consistent execution of operational standards across all seven clinic locations, focusing on quality and member experience.

  • Develop and maintain standardized operating procedures, workflows, and quality benchmarks in collaboration with Central Operations.

  • Oversee and drive accountability for critical non-negotiables such as patient privacy compliance, workplace safety, in-office lab certification, and adverse-event handling.

  • Travel regularly to each site to assess operations, support teams, conduct reviews, and resolve escalations.

  • Champion the patient experience across all touchpoints, establishing key metrics and driving improvements.

  • Identify and implement scalable solutions for operational inefficiencies, supporting new site openings and expansions.

  • Work with physician colleagues to promote operational excellence and consistency, balancing flexibility with standardization.

  • Ensure operational coverage model supports round-the-clock access across all time zones and handles time-sensitive escalations outside of business hours.

People Leadership & Development

  • Lead, develop, and manage a team of Operations Managers and Regional Nurse Managers across all seven sites.

  • Build high-performing teams through hiring, onboarding, performance management, and leadership development for front-line staff.

  • Create a high-accountability, high-support culture that identifies, trains, engages, cultivates, and retains top talent.

Executive Partnership

  • Partner with the CEO and executive team to provide regular operational reporting, strategic recommendations, and proactive risk identification.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Medical, Finance, HR, Technology, and Central Ops teams to align operational priorities.

  • Represent Site Operations in strategic planning processes and board-level reporting as needed.

What You Bring

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus. 10+ years of health care clinical operations management experience, including 3 years managing geographically dispersed, multi-site operations and overseeing site-level managers.

  • Experience: Proven ability to manage site-level managers and build high-performing teams. Demonstrated experience driving standardization and change management in physician-driven organizations, balancing consistency with clinician flexibility.

  • Capabilities & Mindset: Passion for exceptional customer experience, strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and comfort with technology-driven change.

  • Location: Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, willing and able to travel frequently (40-50%) to sites in Southern California, Florida, New York, and Connecticut.
