VP, Security & AI Strategy

About the role
For our client, we are seeking a VP, Security & AI Strategy to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This executive role will shape security and AI strategy across the business while serving as a technical voice for external and internal stakeholders. The position blends deep expertise in cybersecurity, machine learning, and threat research with customer-facing engagement, thought leadership, and market-facing representation. You will partner closely with executive leadership, technical teams, marketing, and external organizations to advance brand visibility, support go-to-market efforts, and strengthen security standards.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a technical expert in AI and threat research
- Engage with executives and technical teams in GTM efforts
- Drive customer and partner engagement initiatives
- Generate thought leadership content to enhance brand visibility
- Participate in speaking engagements at industry events
- Collaborate with marketing on brand initiatives
- Write technical documents and blogs as per market needs
- Conduct market research and ensure compliance with security standards
- Consult on security and AI strategy with cross-functional teams
Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in Data Science and Cybersecurity
- Expertise in Machine Learning and AI with practical implementation experience
- Experience collaborating with enterprise-level companies
- Background in Security Operations and Strategy
- Proven executive leadership experience
- Demonstrable public speaking skills with available recordings
- Strong technical writing skills with existing samples
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a STEM field

Pay
$200,000 – $240,000 annually
