Key Responsibilities
- Devise and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue goals specific to the juniors product line
- Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability
- Identify key growth opportunities within the juniors market and build strong partnerships with major clients
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to optimize product offerings and positioning
- Collaborate with product development, marketing, and supply chain to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide in-depth reports to executive leadership
- Implement competitive pricing and promotional strategies to maximize sales potential
- Stay abreast of industry trends and innovations to inform sales strategies and product development
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
- 10+ years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role focused on the juniors market or related apparel sectors
- Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and developing high-performing sales teams
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset
- Proficient in sales data analysis and market trend evaluation
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
