About the role

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the market
  • Manage and develop a team of account managers to achieve sales targets
  • Provide strategic guidance to customers to enhance their experience and loyalty
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in sales and account management roles
  • Experience in healthcare or a related field preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in sales and/or account management
  • Experience with CRM systems and other sales tools
  • Passion for healthcare and a commitment to patient care
