At Storable, we're redefining property management for specialty real estate. Powered by AI and three decades of industry data, Storable empowers over 33,000 self-storage facilities with the industry's only fully integrated technology platform. Our end-to-end solutions—from management software and demand generation to CRM tools and delinquency solutions—help storage operators streamline workflows, attract tenants, and grow revenue.

About the role

As VP, Revenue Enablement & GTM AI Strategy, you will build Storable’s revenue enablement function from the ground up and establish the AI operating standard for the entire GTM organization. This is a builder’s seat, not a maintainer’s. You will create the systems, programs, standards, and operating rhythms that make every seller, BDR, SE, and frontline manager more effective.

Responsibilities

  • Build and lead Storable’s revenue enablement function from the ground up, including onboarding, ramp, ongoing skill development, manager enablement, content, and certification.
  • Launch an AI-native onboarding and continuous enablement program that improves time to productivity and seller effectiveness.
  • Define and maintain the GTM AI standard — the minimum bar for how AI-leveraged every GTM role is expected to operate — and own the systems that continually raise that bar as models and tools evolve. Includes approved use cases, adoption, quality, governance, and human-in-the-loop controls.
  • Partner with Sales and Rev Ops to redesign workflows with AI and agents across account research, deal inspection, deal desk, outbound, coaching, and signal-to-action plays.
  • Design and deliver a high-impact frontline manager enablement program, starting with our frontline sales leaders, enabling them to coach, inspect, reinforce methodology, and improve deal execution and forecast discipline, as well as confident enforcers and multipliers of GTM and AI standards.
  • Establish a clear buy-vs.-build governance framework for AI and GTM tooling, partnering with the SVP of RevOps to decide where we invest, where we build on our own stack, and where we avoid “token traps” that don’t deliver real value, optimizing based on revenue impact and adoption.

Requirements

  • 12+ years in B2B SaaS, including 8+ years in Sales Enablement and 5+ years leading a Sales Enablement function, team, or portfolio at scale.
  • Proven track record building and scaling revenue enablement programs (onboarding, ramp, ongoing skill development, manager enablement) in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Experience implementing recognized sales methodologies and solution-selling motions and translating it into behaviors, coaching, CRM standards, and deal inspection.
  • Track record of tying enablement to revenue outcomes, including pipeline, win rate, deal size, velocity, forecast accuracy, ramp time, or retention.
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience using AI tools and agentic workflows to improve the quality, speed, and impact of GTM processes; you are AI-leveraged, not just AI-curious.
  • Experience with key tools in our stack (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Highspot, Gong, Glean, Claude, Snowflake).
  • Strong data fluency and the ability to partner credibly with RevOps and data teams; you’re comfortable with data architecture, pipelines, and warehouses (e.g., Snowflake) and know how frontline leaders and reps will actually use what you build.
  • An “agentic instinct” — the ability to look at any workflow and quickly judge what should stay human, what should be agent-assisted, and what should be fully automated, and design accordingly.
  • Proven success partnering closely with CROs, Sales Leadership, and RevOps counterparts to align on strategy, metrics, and tooling investments.
  • A bias for action and shipping: you move at the speed of the models, experiment aggressively, and anchor every program to revenue impact, not activity or hours saved.
  • Currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Must reside in one of the following states: AL, AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, IA, KS, LA, MD, MA, MI, MN, MO, MS, NC, NE, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI, WY.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience standing up a net-new enablement function or leading GTM transformation in a high-growth SaaS company.
  • Prior ownership of an AI standard, AI adoption roadmap, or AI-enabled GTM transformation across a sales or revenue organization.
  • Experience in GTM leadership roles (e.g., Head/Director/VP), responsible for quota is a plus.
  • Experience with skills taxonomies, competency models, certification architecture, or digital adoption platforms.
  • Background in vertical SaaS, property technology, or adjacent industries serving operators across self-storage, RV, or marine is a plus.

Benefits

  • Generous health coverage for you and your family, including fully paid short- and long-term disability coverage and two-times base salary life insurance.
  • 401(k) match after 60 days, 100% vested after 1 year.

  • Flexible vacation policy with a ‘take what you need’ approach.
  • Company rewards and recognition program ("Be More") that can be redeemed for personalized gifts and experiences.
  • 8 hours of Volunteer Time Off each year and opportunities to participate in community service events.
  • 8 hours of Rest, Relax, Recharge time to care for mental health.
  • Access to mental well-being resources, including counseling services, stress management programs, and mindfulness workshops.
  • Fully paid parental leave: 12 weeks for primary caregivers and 6 weeks for secondary caregivers.
  • ‘Paw’ternity Leave and Pet Bereavement time off.
  • Caregiver Leave: four weeks of fully paid time to care for aging dependents or family members.
  • $50 monthly home data stipend, plus a $250 home office sign-on bonus.
  • Fertility care support options.
  • Access to financial experts for informed decision-making.
  • Direct Student Loan Payment Program (qualifications and eligibility rules apply).
