VP, Revenue Cycle

Location: Remote – US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $180,000 – $220,000 annually

About the role

This role will support revenue growth through customer focus, relationship development, and disciplined commercial execution. You will collaborate with sales, customer, product, and operational partners to identify opportunities, solve problems, and improve outcomes. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen market execution, customer relationships, and measurable business results within a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight of all revenue cycle functions including Health Information Management and Patient Financial Services
• Lead a multi-state integrated revenue cycle model across Delaware and Florida
• Establish a high-performing, standardized operating model with accountability and KPIs
• Drive improvements in key performance metrics such as net patient revenue yield and cash collections
• Lead initiatives to reduce revenue leakage and improve margin performance
• Optimize revenue cycle processes for a high Medicaid payer mix environment
• Lead optimization and continuous improvement of EPIC revenue cycle systems

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred)
• 10-15+ years of progressive revenue cycle leadership experience in a large, complex health system
• Demonstrated success leading enterprise revenue cycle transformation
• Deep expertise in Epic revenue cycle modules and Medicaid-heavy reimbursement environments
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to influence executive and board-level decisions
