Responsibilities
- Lead and refine the research agenda focusing on ERP, CRM, HCM, and SCM
- Edit and ensure quality of syndicated research reports and intellectual property
- Mentor and develop the research team to enhance their industry impact
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in partnership with account teams
- Collaborate with executive partners for exceptional client engagement
- Ensure performance goals in content production and client support are met
- Represent the company at events to enhance awareness of the technology executive practice
Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in enterprise business applications or related services at VP-level or higher
- Expertise in AI integration within enterprise applications and its operational implications
- Proven track record as an advisor to senior management and C-level clients
- Strong understanding of technology leaders' challenges and industry dynamics
- Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and adaptability in evaluating technology and market changes
- Excellent analytical, writing, editing, and presentation skills
- Strong academic record
