VP Quality, Compliance and Facilities
for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. The posting includes Position Overview (we can map to About the role). Key Responsibilities (Responsibilities). Skills & Qualifications (maybe combine Skills and Qualifications). There's also "Preferred Skills And Qualifications". There's also benefits description. No explicit Pay or Schedule. So we should not create Pay or Schedule sections. Also we should not repeat job title. Also we need to include metadata like FLSA: Exempt maybe as short p. Also maybe include location? Not given. So we can include a short p for FLSA and maybe location omitted.
We need to preserve all substantive information, remove boilerplate (EEO, etc). Also remove duplicated lines. Also remove application instructions (none). Also remove navigation/cookie etc.
We need to output only HTML fragment.
Structure:

We need to separate required vs preferred? The instruction: Use sections Skills, Qualifications, Benefits, etc. We have Skills & Qualifications heading; we could split into Skills and Qualifications sections if there is distinct content. But we can combine into one section "Skills & Qualifications" but the allowed headings are Skills, Qualifications (separate). The instruction says use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have both Skills and Qualifications sections if content exists. We have qualifications (education, experience) and skills (technical). We'll split. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Quality, Operations Management, or a related field. Minimum 10–15 years relevant experience in quality, compliance, and/or operations leadership in high-volume manufacturing environment (Pharma, Semiconductor, Automotive, secure/payment) with at least 5-10 years experience managing teams across multiple shift in a 24/7 environment. Skills: Deep knowledge of QMS (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, AS9100), Six Sigma/Lean (Black Belt/Master Black Belt), root cause analysis/CAPA, SPC, data-driven decision making, supplier quality management/audit, strong analytical skill set (FMEA, SPC, Kaizen), regulatory fluency (OSHA, EPA, ISO 14001, ISO 45001), industrial hygiene/risk assessment, environmental compliance (emissions, waste, hazmat), process safety management, incident investigation, workers' compensation/claims oversight, cross-functional team experience, third-party audits (ISO, PCI), occasional travel. Preferred Skills And Qualifications: Quality certifications such as Black belt Six Sigma, GHG Management, Familiarity with ERP tools, Experience in a secure payment, or otherwise highly regulated manufacturing environment. We could put preferred under Skills as well, maybe as a subsection but we can just include them in Skills bullet list with note "(preferred)". But better to separate? There's no separate heading for Preferred. We could include them in Skills but mark as preferred. Or we could create a separate Skills section and include both required and preferred, maybe label. Given instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could have Qualifications and Skills sections. We'll output:
