Responsibilities
- Advise the Board and senior leadership on public policy and regulatory risks
- Engage with executives to shape responses to geopolitical challenges
- Serve as the primary external representative for public policy
- Develop a multi-year global PPGA strategy with cross-functional teams
- Translate systems-thinking insights into actionable strategies
- Absess the external environment for emerging threats and opportunities
- Lead community engagement efforts to support long-term company presence
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Public Policy & Government Affairs, including senior leadership roles
- Cross-functional leadership in regulatory compliance and strategy
- Prominent experience guiding globally diverse teams across various jurisdictions
- History of leading organizations through transformation
- Preferred experience as a strategic partner in the technology/data center sector
- Demonstrated strong leadership skills and team motivation
- Ability to influence at the SVP level and above
