VP, Provider Reimbursement and Contracting

Responsibilities

• Contract with a variety of network options to create client flexibility
• Create tools and processes for evaluating network and contracting proposals
• Develop reimbursement methods that reduce provider hassle
• Lead development of value-based payment models and incentive structures
• Cultivate relationships with high-performing providers for cost optimization
• Build customized networks aligned with employer goals and market needs
• Collaborate with teams to integrate network constructs and payment models into products
• Mentor teams on provider contracting and network performance management

Qualifications

• MBA or related graduate degree preferred
• 20+ years of experience in provider network design and payment innovation
• Proven success in developing ASO network solutions
• Strong leadership and negotiation skills required
• Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments necessary

Pay

$250,000 – $310,000 annually
