VP, Program Management, Product and Data

Location: New York, NY – US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Compensation: $230,000 – $280,000 annually.

About the role

This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen data-driven execution and help teams focus on the metrics that matter most within a Media environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end program execution for multiple initiatives, product development, and data-driven efforts.
• Manage complex, multi-stakeholder programs across media, product development, and data strategy.
• Build and maintain detailed project roadmaps, proactively identifying dependencies, risks, and solutions.
• Manage program risk and governance frameworks with clear decision-making structures.
• Establish timelines and ensure successful execution of programs per strategic goals.
• Facilitate communication among stakeholders for informed decision-making.
• Proactively identify risks and issues along with mitigation strategies.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in program and project management in an agency, ad tech, media consultancy, or SaaS environment.
• Strong understanding of AI, data platforms, ad technology, and media investment strategies.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale, cross-functional technology and business initiatives in a complex corporate environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with a track record of working with senior leadership.
• Expert at building project plans, managing risks, and team leadership.
• Strong management and mentoring skills.
• Proficiency in program management and collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, Monday.com).
• PMP, Agile, or SAFe certification is a plus.
