VP, Professional Services Strategy & Operations

About the role

This role will drive strategic priorities, executive-level problem solving, and cross-functional execution on initiatives that matter most to the business. You will partner with senior leaders and teams across the organization to clarify priorities, coordinate complex work, and turn strategic decisions into measurable action. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen operating cadence, decision quality, and enterprise execution within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to define and execute global business strategies
• Engineer operational plans with targets for revenue and margin
• Architect business intelligence frameworks for global performance visibility
• Drive a culture of accountability and standardized operations
• Design agile project and governance architectures for high-stakes operational reviews
• Lead global Resource Management Office to optimize staffing and utilization
• Define technology roadmap and drive business process transformation for Professional Services

Qualifications

• 15+ years of leadership experience in Professional Services, Consulting Operations, or Business Operations in a tech or enterprise SaaS context
• Proven track record with a $100M+ global Professional Services portfolio
• Expertise in complex software implementation and digital transformation lifecycles
• Experience in architecting scalable operational processes and governance models
• Extensive experience managing high-performing, multi-regional teams
• Advanced skills in forecasting, resource architecture, financial modeling, and process automation

Pay

$150,000 – $200,000 annually
