Job Responsibilities
- Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers
- Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap
- Owes, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition
- Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability
- Gathers, analyzes, and prioritizes requirements from stakeholders and customers
- Owns end-to-end delivery of authentication solutions, ensuring security, scalability, and reliability
- Collaborates with engineering, security, compliance, and business teams to deliver product features
- Ensures platform compliance with relevant security standards and regulations (e.g., GDPR, PCI DSS)
- Advocates for seamless and secure customer experiences, balancing usability with robust security
- Maintains monitoring of platform performance, adoption, and incident metrics; reports KPIs to leadership
- Coordinates response to authentication-related incidents and supports customer service teams
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
- Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
- Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
- 5+ years in Identity and Access Management (IAM) or cybersecurity
- Strong understanding of authentication, authorization, SSO, MFA, passwordless, and related protocols (OAuth, SAML, OpenID Connect)
- Experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern authentication technologies
- Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (JIRA, Confluence)
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
- Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
- Familiarity with security standards and regulatory requirements (GDPR, PCI DSS, SOC2)
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, PMP, Certified Scrum Product Owner)
